About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Manager to coordinate the PMO for a long-term renewable energy distribution project in Germany.
- You will be the main point of contact for organizational project control and manage the overall project steering.
Responsibilities:
- Own project controlling, schedule, budget, and resource management.
- Monitor critical project milestones and manage risks and escalations.
- Lead stakeholder and governance management, prepare decision documents, and coordinate workshops and project meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in complex project or program environments with PMO and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong project controlling skills and fluency in German and English.
- Nice-to-have: experience in energy or infrastructure sector and knowledge of the German capacity market.
