Job Description

Optimize and manage marketing and sales operations while supporting broader business analysis needs. This role combines operational expertise with strong analytical, technical, and business intelligence skills. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proficiency in HubSpot, SQL, modern marketing technology, and advanced spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel, and who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform decisions across sales, marketing and leadership. Develop, implement, and refine sales processes, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot CRM to meet the needs of the sales organization. Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms and BI tools). Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Excel to monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and team performance. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
