Responsible for team quotas, reporting to the VP of Sales.
- Work cross-functionally with Solution Consultants and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations teams.
- Provide leadership to Mid-Market Account Executives team.
Consistently meet/exceed the outlined metrics as a manager.
- Continue to build and strengthen team through recruiting and hiring.
- Development strategies to improve sales performance.
- Drive operational excellence through process innovation.
- Use technology toolsets to improve sales cycle.
