Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and consultative support to employees, managers, and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
  • Ensure HR practices align with global standards while fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global People Team partners for consistent practices and knowledge sharing.

Systems and Projects:

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement phases of Workday and other core People systems.
  • Explore AI opportunities to drive process improvement and support transformational People Team initiatives.
  • Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and training delivery for system adoption.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Possess 5-7 years of experience in a similar People Operations role with strong HRIS expertise.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, a drive for continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibit a flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset in a dynamic work environment.
