Job Description
In this role, you will build and expand Circle’s ecosystem through strategic partnerships and market enablement in North Asia. You will drive Circle’s go-to-market strategy in the region by identifying opportunities for ecosystem expansion, localizing engagement efforts, and ensuring successful market entry and operational readiness. You will lead proactive engagement with regulators and policymakers to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring that Circle’s activities align with local compliance requirements. You will own OKRs and be responsible for developing the partnership pipeline, qualifying partners, and closing deals with strategic and target partners. You will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and building a world-class business development and sales organization.
