Responsibilities:
- Mastery of sales and invoicing platforms, refining processes.
- Liaise with Sales teams, troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform hands-on AR duties, invoice creation, payment application.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) with Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Salesforce experience desirable, or experience with a CRM.
- Experience with Intacct or CommerceTools a plus.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Ability to work extended hours or overtime, when necessary.
- Ability to work in a fully remote setting utilizing a Macbook and dual monitors.
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.
