Primary Function:
- Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products.
- Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled.
- Exceed customer expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities for your assigned territory.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products and associated equipment.
- Complete all administrative duties within the prescribed time frames.
Qualifications:
- A university or college degree in science or technical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in the Market’s local language(s) and English.
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
