Help us power faster, fairer hiring at scale. You’ll own a U.S. territory, win complex enterprise deals, and grow strategic relationships that move the market. Openings on our New Logo and Strategic sales teams. Own the full cycle: territory plan, multithreaded discovery, exec alignment, negotiation, and close across LOB, TA, HR, Legal, and Procurement. Build pipeline with intent: partner with BDRs, prospect (cold calls, follow-ups, social), work referrals, and convert event leads. Differentiate HireVue: tell a crisp value story, track competitors, and position us to win. Drive deals to done: craft proposals/RFPs, forecast with rigor, and keep momentum through complex enterprise cycles. Win as one team: collaborate with Product, Marketing, CS, and Legal; represent HireVue at industry events and tradeshows.
