Payroll & HRIS Manager

We’re looking for a Payroll & HRIS Manager to join our HRIS Services department. You’ll lead a small team of payroll specialists, ensure seamless payroll processing, and play a key role in supporting the rollout and execution of HR toolkits and fractional HR services for our clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the payroll team, delegating client workstreams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services. You will also deliver customized HRIS tools to clients, such as onboarding/offboarding templates, performance frameworks, engagement surveys, and manager toolkits. Experience with recruiting coordination or HR project management is preferred.
