Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of defined solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Following ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology, you'll collaborate with customer teams and partners, managing governance, risks, and issues. Assemble and lead ServiceNow resources, track progress, and manage deviations effectively. Lead the delivery team throughout engagements, often with service partners, and manage timelines, scope, resources, and financials. You will work with sales teams and customers, understanding challenges and aligning deliverables to goals. Be the primary contact, fostering collaboration and agreement on solutions, while mentoring team members for success. You'll also address gaps between actual progress and plans, driving resolutions.
