New Proposal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination and accountability for the entire proposal preparation process for Phase I-IV studies.
• Develops full project budgets using Excel-based costing tools and ensures accuracy of proposal text.
• Assists in maintenance of departmental records and supports internal and external customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 1 year experience in proposal development in the life sciences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to shift priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
