Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in translating patient engagement strategies into practical study-level plans.
- Assist in development of patient engagement materials and coordination with Patient Advocacy Groups.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor implementation of engagement plans and impact metrics.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum degree in life sciences or related field with 3+ years in CRO or pharmaceutical roles.
- Preferred experience in patient engagement, recruitment, or clinical trial delivery.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office required.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills for matrix environments.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
