Group Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategy for a major product area within the Wholesale Network platform, ensuring teams focus on meaningful customer problems.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, helping them develop strong product judgment and prioritization skills.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ensure cohesive, scalable product experiences aligned with platform strategy.
• Support teams in discovery, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact solutions, defining success metrics and navigating complex tradeoffs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in software companies with a proven track record of leading and developing Product Managers.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams on technically complex products involving structured data or integrations.
• Strong product judgment, systems thinking, and experience aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver products that drive customer and business outcomes.
