Job Description

Achievers is seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to source, recruit, develop, and manage the alliances ecosystem in APAC. The role involves sourcing and recruiting new partners, demonstrating Achievers to prospective partners, and negotiating contracts. It also includes identifying mutually beneficial incentives, enabling partners through marketing and training, and managing relationships to deliver expected results. The role requires B2B Partnerships experience in the HCM industry and at least 5 years in partner sales or alliances development in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate should be commercially savvy, comfortable presenting to new partners, and possess strong relationship-building skills.
