The Program:
- 12-month launchpad with two six-month rotations.
- Weeks 1–2: Onboarding with your class and manager.
- Months 1–6: First rotation owning problems end to end.
The Basics:
- Remote-first with in-person weeks in Bogotá, fully paid by Addi.
- Start date: 12 January 2027, applications close 30 October 2026.
- Eligibility: Final-year students or graduates with up to 1 year of experience.
Compensation:
- Top-of-market package with 19 vacation days.
- Full-time offer with equity at month 12 for performers at or above standard.
