About the Program:
- Designed for students entering their final year of university.
- 10-week program from June to August 2027.

Your Role:
- Work at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and operations.
- Help build systems and playbooks that scale AI across an enterprise HR organization.
- Accelerate ideas from prototype to pilot.
What You'll Do:
- Help design, test, and document lightweight AI workflows.
- Support development of self-guided enablement learning assets.
- Track adoption signals and basic impact metrics using Excel and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Rising Junior or Senior in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (must-have).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
