Role Overview:
- You'll own a meaningful piece of work within the People & Culture team to simplify compensation data, processes, or insights.
- You'll work with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand complex pay-related challenges.
- Use data and AI-enabled tools to develop creative solutions that can be tested and implemented.
Key Qualifications:
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills with a detail-oriented work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Word, and demonstrated use of AI tooling for data analysis.
