New Talent Growth and Inclusion Intern- Summer 2027

Your Role:

• Own a meaningful piece of an enterprise-level Talent Management project spanning career development, learning, or inclusion.
• Work with the Talent Growth & Inclusion team and subject matter experts to form and present a point of view.

What you'll do:

• Research, synthesize, and structure complex information into actionable deliverables for executives.
• Build presentation-ready documents, frameworks, or tools that hold up without heavy editing.
• Present your work and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Critical thinking: explain reasoning behind recommendations, not just the answer.
• Creative problem solving: generate options and try different angles when the first approach stalls.
• Strong communication: write clearly and speak up in meetings, keep people informed without being chased.
