Early Careers & Interns Specialist

Role Overview:

• You will design and execute comprehensive early careers programs that attract, develop, and retain top student talent globally.
• You will build a world-class pipeline of future AI talent and position Cohere as the premier destination for ambitious early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with universities and colleges to source high-potential candidates for intern and graduate roles.
• Develop targeted employer branding strategies for student markets and represent Cohere at career fairs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of intern programs from onboarding to long-term retention, including mentorship and performance reviews.
