About the Role:
- Shape Cohere's employer brand and drive strategic recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top AI talent.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Research teams to ensure consistent messaging across candidate touchpoints.
About You:
- You have 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
- You're skilled in content creation with a portfolio of compelling job descriptions and employee narratives.
- You're data-driven and comfortable tracking metrics like cost-per-hire and application conversion rates.
