Head of Talent

THE ROLE:

• Own the talent acquisition strategy and build the recruiting engine for a fast-growing government tech company.
• Carry concurrent searches across GTM, operations, engineering, and design.
• Change what the company believes is possible in hiring by going after the best talent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build and run Kaizen's recruiting engine: process, pipeline, and reporting across every function.
• Own the hiring bar and raise it across the company by convincing the team to win over top talent.
• Manage the team of three and hire additional recruiters, setting the standard for excellent recruiting.
