Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategy, translating hiring roadmap into scalable sourcing and hiring programs.
• Serve as escalation point for process or sourcing blockers, resolving issues quickly.
• Manage executive-level and niche searches, partnering with leadership to deliver high-quality pipelines.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage, coach, and develop the TA team with clear goals and feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture that scales with growth.

Systems, Process & Data:

• Own the recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake) and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain funnel metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Identify AI automation opportunities to streamline workflows and increase capacity.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Partner with People Team to strengthen employer brand positioning in a competitive CPG market.
• Expand talent pools for hard-to-fill and future roles.
• Advise department leaders on org design, role scoping, and competitive offers.
