About the opportunity:
- We are looking for a Director of North America Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our NA recruiting function during a period of growth.
- This is a player-coach leadership role for a builder who can develop a high-performing team while remaining hands-on.
What You'll Do:
- Balance team leadership, hands-on recruiting execution, and TA strategy, with 60% focus on execution and business partnership.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters, establishing clear priorities and a culture of accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive TA experience, including leading teams in professional services.
- Proven success recruiting senior technical talent across engineering, cloud, AI, and data.
