Serving as a central link between vendors, customers, and internal teams, this role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless order execution and exceptional service. You’ll manage product, pricing, and process alignment to support sales growth, strengthen partnerships, and enhance operational efficiency. Manage and grow relationships with vendors and customers. Track and follow up on open quotes, purchase orders, and sales opportunities. Coordinate with vendors on product availability, pricing updates, and shipping timelines. Prepare and send sales and performance reports. Support the sales and merchandising teams by keeping product listings, pricing, and promotional details up to date. Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth order flow.
