Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in instruction of essential skills for OSCE/standardized patient exercises.
  • Provide at least one-hour weekly tutoring sessions supporting study strategy and test-taking skills.
  • Serve as a mentor to a cohort of students, maintaining close communication and monitoring progress toward Step exam goals.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a recent RUSM graduate with M.D. degree and completed clinical rotations.
  • First-attempt passing scores on USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK required; high performance preferred.
  • Strong teaching/tutoring skills or evidence of potential, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Expected salary is $48,000 annually, adjusted based on job-related factors.

  • Must be able to work until June 2027, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM local time, 40 hours/week.
