Client Services Representative

As a Client Services Representative, your responsibilities include managing daily client support tickets in HubSpot, providing warm and empathetic responses via email, phone, and SMS, and investigating and resolving client issues efficiently. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely follow-up, monitor response times, identify recurring issues, and support workshop logistics.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience in customer support, success managing ticket queues, strong communication skills, experience using HubSpot Service Hub, being highly organized, having strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
