Job Description
As a Level 3 Support Engineer, the role involves delivering high-quality technical support and project-based services to clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, ensuring escalated incidents are resolved and documented, and providing advanced support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Cloud environments. The engineer will also maintain and support networks and cyber security technologies, conduct root cause analysis, manage system changes, and identify repetitive tasks for automation.
Additional responsibilities involve pre-sales support for Microsoft 365, cyber security, and server/network infrastructure implementations, contributing to post-project evaluations, documenting project processes, and staying updated with IT trends. They will also collaborate with internal teams to implement automation, maintain system documentation, and ensure the maintenance of core systems and infrastructure.
