Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions

The Role:

• Own delivery of projects from charter through go-live, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage initiatives spanning shop fabrication to field operations, HR, accounting, and finance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain realistic roadmaps and schedules that leadership can digest.
• Surface problems early and manage scope through change requests with clear decision paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external vendors against statements of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years managing business and process improvement projects from ambiguity to adopted results.
• Technical literacy to collaborate with developers, data engineers, and consultants without writing code.
