Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with regulations.
- Own end-to-end payroll execution, including validation and calculations.
- Stay updated on legislative and tax developments impacting payroll.
Requirements:
- Meaningful experience in Polish payroll operations with end-to-end processing.
- Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments.
- Strong understanding of payroll controls and compliance requirements.
Pluses:
- Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
- Strong fluency in English and additional languages.
