Job Description
This role will oversee program management for key initiatives focused on improving the in ride experience for across all user segments. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of user needs, analyzing data for insights, and leading initiatives that drive improvements in key business metrics. The role will collaborate with Product on user-centric features and design/refine program management frameworks. The candidate will need 5+ years of cross-functional program management experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
