System Configuration Analyst

Role Overview:

• Support delivery of high-quality digital demonstrations for enterprise customers.
• Work closely with sales engineering and commercial teams to configure systems.
• Prepare customer-specific experiences and showcase platform capabilities.

Accountabilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality demo environments within digital platforms.
• Manage prospect demo accounts with accurate configurations.
• Identify relevant examples of intellectual property threats and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in system configuration, software implementation, or data operations preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with stakeholders.
