People Operations Coordinator (Temporary Part Time)

The People Operations Coordinator (Temporary Part Time) plays a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience by supporting important People team processes including onboarding and offboarding. Reporting to the Associate Director, People Operations & Systems, you’ll collaborate across teams to maintain high standards of data integrity in our systems and to provide timely support to employees. This is a temporary, part-time position that is fully remote with no expectations for travel. You will manage onboarding and offboarding logistics to create seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees. You'll also process employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS. This role needs to provide support to employees through our internal ticketing system, update and maintain internal knowledge bases and SOPs, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize people-related workflows and improve the employee experience.
