What You Will Do:
- Lead onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal partners.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of SaaS onboarding or related experience.
- Experience with restaurant technology or QSR industry preferred.
- Strong project management and technical fluency with SaaS platforms.
