What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new restaurant partners, guiding them smoothly from kickoff to go-live.
- Set up, configure, and test each account so the platform captures the restaurant's unique voice, menu, hours, and policies.
- Chat warmly with restaurant owners and staff via email, phone, and text to provide support.
About you:
- You bring 1-3 years of rock-solid experience in B2B SaaS Implementation or Customer Onboarding.
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are stellar, paired with a kind, empathetic, customer-first vibe.
- You're super organized and process-driven, building structure where there is none.
