Role:
- Own the first 45 days of every new customer, delivering a repeatable launch process.
- Run one consistent process so launch quality never depends on who picks it up.
What you'll do:
- Turn every AE/SE handoff into a confirmed launch plan within 48 hours.
- Configure accounts, run kickoff and training, and drive customers to adoption.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years owning SaaS onboarding or implementation across a portfolio.
- Comfort configuring software and running live training for field users.
What we offer:
- £70,000-£90,000 base, £110,000+ OTE, and equity.
- Full-time remote in the UK with occasional SF HQ trips.
