About the Role:
- Lead complex, multi-location implementations of Scotch's POS platform.
- Work with customer and internal stakeholders to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding from kickoff to go-live, including planning, configuration, migration, and hardware.
- Train staff, run status meetings, and partner with internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5+ years in onboarding/implementation with enterprise or multi-location customers.
- Experience with POS, retail tech, data migration, and integrations. Strong project management skills.
