In this role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, especially urgent, high-volume, and frontline positions. You'll partner with hiring managers to define roles and interview processes, source and review candidates across multiple channels, and schedule interviews, maintaining pipelines in Ashby and ensuring timely communication.
Candidate experience is a key focus, ensuring respect and responsiveness throughout the process. You'll own onboarding tasks, maintain hiring records, draft offer letters, and support compliance tracking. Additionally, you'll contribute to improving processes, tools, and candidate-facing communications, flexing across recruiting and HR tasks as priorities evolve.
