Solution Design and Implementation:

Propose and design solutions balancing usability, performance, and technical feasibility.
Coordinate with developers and testers to translate requirements into system changes.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.

Stakeholder Communication and Support:

Act as trusted advisor, providing insights to optimize CAD system functionality.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and deliver training materials to support user adoption of system changes.
