Job Description
Address and resolve issues and inquiries by serving as the point of contact for B2B/SMB customers, managing inbound inquiries via email and phone. Strategically identify and implement save efforts by working with customers who are at risk and identifying strategies to retain. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to troubleshoot and help clients. Gather feedback and serve as the voice of the customer, translating their feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
Provide customer education, training, and resources to ensure customers fully understand the features and functionalities of the product.
