The FinCrime Assurance Team measures the effectiveness of financial crime controls by conducting regular QA reviews. The Process Governance Analyst role is crucial in ensuring foundational documents are of the highest standard. Responsibilities include documentation assurance and approval, championing operational clarity, stakeholder collaboration, partnering with change coordination teams, developing documentation standards, documentation conversion, periodic review management and ensuring process integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in process management, technical writing, or a governance role within a Financial Crime or Fraud environment, with a knack for identifying inconsistencies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, along with the ability to manage timelines and work independently.
