Your Role:
- Develop into a camper expert, supporting customers independently.
- Be the first point of contact for questions about our products.
- Work closely with product development and international stations to maximize service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions in challenging travel situations with modern AI tools.
- Handle booking adjustments, updates, rebookings, and cancellations.
- Support the handling of customer claims when needed.
Requirements:

- Be a strong communicator in German and English.
