RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner closely with the Compensation Manager to deliver and continuously improve compensation programs and processes.
- Support the administration and analysis of equity compensation programs, including grant modeling and reporting.
- Own discrete compensation workstreams end-to-end, including defined portions of annual merit, bonus, and equity activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Typically, 4–6 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a closely related quantitative HR or finance-adjacent field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, large datasets, scenario modeling, and data validation.
- Experience using Workday HCM for compensation administration, reporting, and data management is a requirement.
