About this role:
- You'll build and own the systems that make commercial data and workflows trustworthy.
- This role sits at the intersection of Sales, CS, Marketing, and Data Engineering.
- You'll spend most of your time putting infrastructure in place: workflows, data pipelines, and AI-driven automation.
Day to day, you will:
- Build and own automated workflows, data pipelines, and AI-driven enrichment across the CRM and marketing stack.
- Run data quality audits, diagnose conversion issues, and fix broken manual workflows.
- Act as the connective tissue between commercial and data teams, translating requirements into systems.
We'd love to talk if you have:
- Experience in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops with AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- A track record of building independently and a systems-thinking mindset.
