Compliance Lead

The Role:

• Own Vesta's internal interpretation of mortgage origination regulations, becoming the authoritative voice the whole company relies on for regulatory and investor compliance.
• Partner closely with our product team, advising on how the product should be built so lenders can seamlessly originate loans in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure our AI products meet evolving regulatory and investor requirements.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years in mortgage compliance, ideally owning or helping lead the compliance function at a mortgage lender.
• You know mortgage origination regulation deeply, not just the rules but how they play out across the loan lifecycle.
• You're excited to shape a product, not just police it, deploying AI responsibly in a highly regulated industry.
