Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain assigned referral WorkQueues in Epic EMR, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Identify and escalate referrals that are missing information or require additional action to the clinical team.
- Conduct ineligibility notification calls, providing clear explanations to patients.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a clinical administrative role with Epic or general EMR for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and strong computer skills including Zoom, Google Suite, and EMR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
