Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling tasks to ensure payment collection activity is resolved.
- Conducting collection activity on appealed claims.
- Requesting information from Patients, Medical Records, and others as needed.
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of the revenue cycle process.
- Familiarity with terms such as MMC, HMO, PPO, IPA and Capitation.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Requirements:
- Excellent Internet connectivity.
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection.
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
