Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role:

• Modernizing technology with new customer-facing web and mobile experiences, a unified design system, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Engineering, Product, and Design work together end to end, with AI as standard equipment for development.

What You'll Do:

• Build and grow a strong engineering organization, not just a single team, with a credible delivery system.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership on outcomes, and hold the engineering bar across the organization.
• Own production health and set how the organization works with AI, shaping talent and standards around it.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leading engineers and managers through scaling, with technical depth across Java, Python, C# or similar.
• Ownership of production engineering across multiple teams on AWS or Azure, with experience in secure, privacy-sensitive systems.
• Led AI-first engineering in practice, directing agents on real work and helping other managers adapt.
