- Track deal progress in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound group inquiries and gather key requirements.
- Support the sales team in building quotes and proposals, confirming availability and rate strategy.
- Ensure all booking details are accurate and aligned before confirmation.
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months):
- Quotes, contracts, and booking details are accurate and on time, with minimal rework.
- Sales-to-ops handoffs are complete and proactive, enabling smooth arrivals and fewer escalations.
- Group organizers report a great experience and confidently rebook for future stays.
