What You'll Do:
- Process and track quotes and sales orders in CRM/ERP.
- Respond to customer inquiries about order status.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering B2B customer service with end-to-end order management responsibilities.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems to manage accounts, quotes, and orders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
