Strategic Relations Coordinator

As a Strategic Relations Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You’ll ensure smooth communication, timely delivery of commitments, and high-quality service for our partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the connector between internal teams and external stakeholders, and who brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to everything they do. You'll serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts, supporting partnership agreements and service delivery. You'll maintain accurate records and actions in CRM systems. You'll coordinate operational and contractual deliverables such as reporting, samples, and pricing updates and collaborate across departments to meet evolving partner needs. You'll draft and distribute communications and updates to partners and prepare performance summaries and monitor service indicators.
